The workhorse. Each number gets its own residential proxy, its own isolated worker and a stable device profile, so one flagged account never drags the rest down. Pacing stays inside human range by design.
One swarm.
Every channel.
Your buyers don't live in one app. Swarm runs a fleet of accounts as a single system — one policy, one inbox, one team. WhatsApp ships today; Telegram, email and Viber join the same fleet without changing a thing you've set up.
It writes like a person.
One short question in the lead's own language, built only from facts you supplied. No links, no pitch, no invented price — a message that earns a reply instead of a block.
Humans get the warm ones.
The swarm qualifies, translates and keeps the thread alive. The moment real intent shows up it stops talking and calls a person — with the whole conversation already in one place.
Most outreach tools sell you more sending. The bottleneck was never sending — it's staying unblocked, staying honest, and knowing the exact second to hand a human the thread.
Swarm is the layer underneath the campaign: isolated accounts with their own proxies, a conversation policy the model cannot talk its way out of, suppression that sticks across every channel, and one queue where your team actually closes.
Add a channel and nothing else changes — same leads, same policy, same inbox. That's the whole point of calling it infrastructure.
How the platform works →Telegram
Where the same lead often answers faster. Sessions are held per account with the same isolation model, and threads land in the same queue as everything else — your operator never learns a second tool.
Viber
Still the default messenger in parts of the Caucasus and Eastern Europe. Same accounts model, same suppression list — a market you were writing off becomes another lane in the same campaign.
For B2B lists and anything that needs a paper trail. Warmed sending domains, per-mailbox reputation and the same AI first touch — the reply threads back into the same inbox, next to the messenger conversations.
Four channels, one queue
Threads keep the identity that opened them — the account, the number, the mailbox — so your reply always leaves from the right place. Operators see one list, sorted by who is actually worth talking to.
Built for the part that usually breaks
Anyone can send a first message. Everything after it — deliverability, honesty, timing, hand-off — is where campaigns die. That's the product.
One account, one proxy, one worker
Hard isolation per identity, on every channel. A ready account can't even start without its own proxy — the server refuses rather than risking a shared IP. Volume comes from more accounts, never from pushing one harder.
Human pacing
Per-account throughput is capped and spread across the day.
A policy, not a prompt
Replies are classified into a fixed intent set. The model can only take moves the policy allows.
Facts it cannot invent
No price, no discount, no urgency, no fake buyer. Not in the lead record, not in the chat.
Writes in their language
Georgian, Russian, English — picked per lead, with inbound translated inline for your team.
Escalation on intent
Asked for a price, terms, a calculation or a contact? The thread freezes and a human is called — the bot never improvises its way into a promise you have to honour.
Opt-out that sticks
One refusal suppresses that contact across every campaign, every account and every channel, permanently. It is checked before every send, not after.
One inbox for the fleet
Every thread from every channel in a single queue, filtered by needs-manager, unread, replied or engaged.
Health you can see
Queue depth, delivery state and error counts per account, written on every cycle — not a vanity dashboard.

We set it up, then we stay on the line
Outreach fails on operations, not ideas. Onboarding isn't a docs link — a human does it with you and stays reachable while the first campaign runs.

Straight answers
Will my accounts get banned?+
That's the risk the whole system is built around. Every account runs behind its own residential proxy on its own isolated worker with a stable device profile, throughput stays inside human range, and one opt-out suppresses that contact everywhere. We also expect attrition and plan for it: you scale with more accounts, not with more messages per account. Anyone promising zero bans on cold messaging is selling you something.
Which channels work today?+
WhatsApp is live in production and carrying real campaigns today — that's the one you can buy right now. Telegram and email are in build on the same accounts-and-policy model, Viber follows. We'd rather tell you what's shipping than sell you a roadmap: the architecture is built so that adding a channel doesn't change your leads, your policy or your inbox.
Is cold outreach legal?+
It depends on your market, your list and how you obtained it. Swarm is built for lists where the contact published their own details — a public listing, a marketplace ad, a business profile — and it honours opt-out on the first refusal. Rules differ by jurisdiction, so check yours; we'll configure suppression, working hours and consent fields to match.
Can the AI invent things about my product?+
It's blocked from doing so. The model only sees the fields in the lead record plus a fixed policy of allowed moves. Price, discounts, availability, urgency and made-up buyers are refused at the policy layer, not merely discouraged in a prompt. Anything outside that set escalates to a human instead of being guessed at.
Where do the leads come from?+
Yours, or ours. Import a CSV, a CRM export or a scraper feed and we normalise it. If you have no list yet, we can build one for a defined market — the collection method is agreed with you first, and the list stays yours.
How long does setup take?+
One working day for accounts, proxies and the inbox, then a small test batch the same evening. Full campaigns start once you've read the first replies and approved the script.
Who holds the data?+
You do. Sessions, conversations and lead records live on your instance; proxy credentials are encrypted at rest and never returned by the API or shown in the interface. Export or delete everything whenever you want.
Put the swarm on your list
Bring 200 leads. We'll run the first touch, show you the replies, and you decide from there.
