The boring but important part
What counts as an account?+
One messenger identity or one sending mailbox — a WhatsApp number, a Telegram account, a Viber number, or an email address on your domain. Each carries its own proxy and its own daily ceiling, which is why pricing follows accounts rather than seats or messages.
What happens if I go over the lead limit?+
Nothing breaks and nothing is silently charged. Sending continues to the end of the current campaign, we flag it in the weekly read-out, and you either move up a plan or trim the next batch. We'd rather tell you than surprise you on an invoice.
Are proxies and model usage included?+
They're billed at cost and itemised. Expect roughly $3–6 per residential proxy per month and well under a cent per lead in model usage on the standard policy. We don't mark these up — they're the part of the bill that should get cheaper over time.
Can I bring my own numbers and mailboxes?+
Yes, and most customers do. They stay yours: if you leave, you keep the identities, the sessions and the data. There is no lock-in on the thing your outreach actually depends on.
Do you take a cut of deals?+
No. Flat monthly, no commission, no per-reply pricing. We don't want an incentive to flood your list.
What does setup actually involve?+
A working day: accounts paired, proxies bound, policy written with you, a small test batch sent the same evening. Full campaigns start once you've read the first replies and approved the script.
